Offerings Include:

Art Therapy
I practice art therapy, a form of psychotherapy that utilizes artmaking as a way of exploring inner thoughts, emotions, and experiences. When words are not enough, we can use art and metaphor to express ourselves. You do not have to be a skilled artist to engage in art therapy!
I understand that as humans we all have varying experiences of grief; I am here to help you explore any experience of loss you’ve had in your life.
I would love to hear about any of your spiritual experiences or
practices and integrate them into the therapeutic space.I am here to help you explore your shadow self and any emotions that exist below the surface.
I incorporate somatic work to explore emotions and experiences that
have become trapped in the body.My approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted, not judged.
I am not a “blank slate” therapist, I show up as a genuine human being who is engaged, present, and deeply invested in understanding
your story.Therapy can be challenging work, but you don’t have to do it alone. I care deeply about the people I work with and am committed to building a trusting relationship so you can move towards a life that
feels more authentic and meaningful to you.I also practice from a trauma-informed, internal family systems (IFS) therapy, and somatic therapy framework .
I want to provide you with a space to be fully yourself in a judgment-free zone, where you can express yourself authentically.
