Session Fees

The session fee is established by each therapist but runs approximately $160- $180 for a 50-minute individual session. If there are any financial barriers to accessing psychotherapy we can discuss options during the free consultation or via e-mail inquiry. Sliding scales are offered to the global majority (BIPOC, 2SLGBTQIA+) but please note they are often full or have a long waitlist.

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, services can be covered in full or in part. Most extended health care benefits cover therapy or counselling services by a Registered Social Worker (RSW) or Occupational Thearpist (OT). Some insurance providers may require additional information which can be acquired via e-mail inquiry.

Payment

We accept e-transfers and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. For cancellations less than 24 hours, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
