Into The Open: A Circle of Men
When was the last time another man asked you how you really are? And really knew how to listen and support you?
Find safer, deeper connection with other men
Speak freely without interruption
Learn to listen more deeply
Practice being you: authentic, healthy, grounded
Join this open circle with the intention of holding space for one another and ourselves. No previous experience in men's groups needed. I'll show you how we co-create safer spaces with simple agreements, attentive listening, and taking turns speaking.
All men are welcome. Men are hoping to connect with a man like you.

Spoonies and Tea: A Chronic Illness Support Circle
Do you find yourself bracing for disbelief any time you mention pain, fatigue, or flares?
Do you feel pressure to sound upbeat, grateful, or inspiring when what you actually feel is exhausted and done?
Do you wish you had one place where you could tell the truth about how hard it is, without having to soften it for someone else’s comfort?
Are you grieving who you were before illness, while also trying to survive who you have to be now?
This 6 week, closed, bi-weekly peer support and psychoeducation group starts on January 28, 2026 and is offered by The Witch’s Therapist, a London Ontario spiritual psychotherapist collective.
Here, you’ll find a steady space for connection and practical learning, grounded in anti-oppressive practice.
As such, we recognize that chronic illness is shaped by more than just symptoms.
Ableism, medical dismissal, systemic barriers, and access inequities can affect the lived experience of disabled people.
This is a space to be real about your grief, triumphs, hopes, and dreams, free of toxic positivity or pressure to perform for the comfort of others.

Art Therapist Meetup
This calling is for the Art Therapists & Expressive Arts Therapists of London and the surrounding area. Aisha Husseini, resident art therapist at The Witch’s Therapist, would like to invite you to gather in community with her and our fellow peers. This gathering up will offer the opportunity to connect, laugh, swap stories, make art and eat some treats! It will be potluck style, so please bring something you love to share with others.
Being With workshop (Nov. 5)
Join London Ontario Art Therapy practitioner Aisha Husseini to connect with positive emotions through art at The Witch’s Therapist.
How do we be with what is good?
How do you experience being with feelings of joy, pride, peacefulness, power, playfulness, hopefulness, gratitude, curiosity, or inspiration?
Does it feel like there isn’t much space?
Would you like to carve out space for creating art about what is good together?
Being with the good in a world full of injustice that is loud, demands that our creativity is LOUDER!!!
Making art in community is an act of rebellion and resistance in a world that values our productivity over our creativity.
I want to remind you that the good exists, it is all around us and it deserves our presence too.
These sessions will utilize art making and creativity to support adults (18+) who are looking to connect with “the good” in a society that favours “the bad”.
