About Tammy
Rooted in my Celtic, Druid, and Pagan lineage, the call to healing has guided me since childhood.
As a transpersonal therapist, stained glass teacher, and ceremonialist, I bridge the clinical and the mystical with intuitive, trauma-informed care.
My approach blends Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Brainspotting, dreamwork, and land-based healing—grounded in a Jungian lens and spirit-led wisdom.
My practice blends ceremony, ritual, and nervous system regulation to support deep healing and intuitive reconnection.
Rooted in sacred listening and energy hygiene, I weave in womb work, moon cycles, somatic tools, and ancestral wisdom when appropriate.
Healing, to me, is a sacred remembering. Our work together becomes a ceremony—a return to self.
It is my deepest honour to walk beside you on this path.

“The doors to the world of the wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door, if you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door.”
— Carl Jung
