The Magician’s Path: Spiritual Rituals & Routines Development Group for Beginners
When The Magician appears in a tarot card reading, it is a sign that you have all the skills and abilities you need to be successful.
This program is a 6-week group journey dedicated to setting meaningful intentions and creating a nourishing spiritual routine and rituals that align with your unique needs and desires.
After successfully running this group in 2025, Santyna is offering The Magician’s Path again, extended by a week at the request of past participants!
This group was specifically designed with “Baby Witches” or new spiritual practitioners in mind.
This group will offer neurodivergent- and chronic-illness-friendly strategies and opportunities to put these new skills to practice!
If you’ve ever wanted to begin a spiritual practice, but don’t know where to start, or how to do so without appropriating other cultures, this group could be right for you.
Session topics include:
Evidence and peer-reviewed literature on mental health and spiritual engagement.
Steps to consider when creating a ritual or spiritual practice.
Exploring your values and how to align your spiritual practice with them.
Historical spiritual meanings behind different moon phases and how to align your spiritual practice or routine with them.
How to incorporate spells, track insights, and start creating a book of shadows, spell book, or magical journal for your practice.
Learning how to cleanse your space and ground yourself as part of a ritual practice.
Learning how to incorporate sigils into rituals.
Learning how to identify ethically sourced herbs or crystals you feel called to work with or incorporate into your spiritual routines.
Engaging in joint mindful practices and visualization exercises in the group.
Learning how to engage in activism witchcraft, or spiritual activism, such as incorporating spells, meaningful symbols, herbs, and different forms of magic into petitioning, lobbying, street activism, and outreach.
Learning and practicing methods and strategies to begin engaging in reflective ancestor work.
Learning when less is more! You truly do not need all the crystals, frills, and decorations to have a meaningful spiritual practice.
I’m always open to suggestions and new areas of interest!

Have you been longing to begin a spiritual practice but aren't sure where to start?
Do you want to learn how to approach spirituality without appropriating the sacred and closed practices of other cultures?
Are you curious about your ancestors' spiritual traditions, or do you want to discover practices that feel connected to your own history, lived experience, and identity?
The Magician's Path is the place to begin exploring these questions and developing a spiritual practice that is meaningful to you!
Why Work with an Occupational Therapist on Spiritual Activity Engagement?
Occupational therapists (OTs) are trained in understanding how to enable and support people with activity engagement.
We offer specialized guidance in helping people create routines that align with their unique needs and desires.
OTs support people in identifying practices that fit naturally within their routine, setting realistic goals, and exploring external supports or strategies to keep them motivated.
This approach considers you as a whole person (your spiritual beliefs, emotions, physical abilities, and cognitive needs), and how these intersect with your environment, including cultural, institutional, social, and physical factors.
We also recognize how the responsibilities you balance across self-care, leisure, and productivity shape how you spend your time.
As this program is developed and run by a chronically ill and neurodivergent Witch, Santyna Brar, this program was designed to be accessible and supportive for those living with chronic illness and neurodivergence!
This group program provides practical tools and strategies, incorporating organizational skills training, to support executive functioning, and pacing skills, to build a spiritual routine that integrates with all aspects of your life and intersectional experiences, giving you the best chance to create (and stick to) a practice that truly fulfills you.
