Sinead will be discussing the Irish traditional significance of Samhain and the role of the Bean Si (Banshee) as ancestor spirit. Participants will be invited to explore their own cultural, familial, and personal rituals for bridging the worlds of the living and dead.

Andra will share the different archetype present in traditional Romanian village masked parades and leading a group discussion around which archetypes we may need in order to create a world in which we can thrive mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, and destroy one in which we cannot before leading into a mask-making workshop.
