Spoonies and Tea: A Chronic Illness Support Circle
Tired of softening your pain or performing optimism to make others comfortable?
This 6-week, closed, bi-weekly peer support and psychoeducation group begins January 28, 2026, offered by Santyna at The Witch’s Therapist online.
Grounded in anti-oppressive practice, this space recognizes how ableism, medical dismissal, and systemic barriers shape chronic illness. Come be honest about grief, exhaustion, resilience, and becoming, without toxic positivity.
Wheel of the Year: Imbolc
Imbolc marks the quiet turning of the year, when light returns little by little and change stirs beneath the surface. Winter still holds us, yet something is already beginning.
Join us for a gentle online Wheel of the Year gathering to reflect, rest, and tend the seeds of what longs to grow. Together we’ll share a short meditation, simple ritual, and seasonal reflection with communal sharing.

Art Therapist Meetup
This calling is for the Art Therapists & Expressive Arts Therapists of London and the surrounding area. Aisha Husseini, resident art therapist at The Witch’s Therapist, would like to invite you to gather in community with her and our fellow peers. This gathering up will offer the opportunity to connect, laugh, swap stories, make art and eat some treats! It will be potluck style, so please bring something you love to share with others.
Being With workshop (Nov. 5)
Join London Ontario Art Therapy practitioner Aisha Husseini to connect with positive emotions through art at The Witch’s Therapist.
How do we be with what is good?
How do you experience being with feelings of joy, pride, peacefulness, power, playfulness, hopefulness, gratitude, curiosity, or inspiration?
Does it feel like there isn’t much space?
Would you like to carve out space for creating art about what is good together?
Being with the good in a world full of injustice that is loud, demands that our creativity is LOUDER!!!
Making art in community is an act of rebellion and resistance in a world that values our productivity over our creativity.
I want to remind you that the good exists, it is all around us and it deserves our presence too.
These sessions will utilize art making and creativity to support adults (18+) who are looking to connect with “the good” in a society that favours “the bad”.
